With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Chris is a powerhouse in both competitive achievement and professional expertise. His accolades are a testament to his dedication, leadership, and passion for fitness. Chris is a National NABBA Athletic Champion, Regional Overall Bodybuilding Champion, and WFF SuperBody NZ Champion. As a six-time GPC NZ Powerlifting Record Holder, he has consistently proven his strength and discipline at the highest levels.
Chris is also a GPC Certified National-Level Referee, the GPC Taranaki Area Representative, and the GPC Regional NP3 Competition Events Organizer, further cementing his status as a leader in the powerlifting community. Having represented New Zealand on the world stage as a bodybuilder, he is widely respected for his competitive achievements and coaching expertise.
As a Nutritionist and RTPD Coach of the Year, Chris is renowned for crafting personalized, results-driven training and nutrition plans. His ability to tailor strategies for clients of all fitness levels ensures they achieve peak performance, whether they're training for competition or simply aiming to improve their overall fitness.

As New Zealand's leading female-only coach, I am committed to achieving excellence in every aspect of my work.
With over a decade of experience as a coach and 12 years as a competitive athlete, I possess an extensive knowledge base in weight training, nutrition, and mobility.
My accomplishments include multiple regional and national bodybuilding titles, as well as New Zealand and World all-time records in powerlifting.
I am deeply passionate about empowering women of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
Throughout my career, I have coached numerous athletes to achieve their PRO status and secure PRO victories, alongside countless regional and national champions.
Specializing in bodybuilding and powerlifting preparation, I provide comprehensive guidance on all aspects of training, nutrition, peak week strategies, reverse dieting, supplementation, mindset, posing, and stage presentation.
I lead by example, helping clients define their goals, cultivate the right mindset, and rigorously track their progress to ensure sustainable success.
