Start by scheduling a call with us to discuss your goals and explore our services in detail. From there, we’ll help you choose the best plan to fit your needs. 99% of people who take this step go on to book coaching—our approach works!
YOUR TRAINING PLAN:
Every 8- 12 weeks, we update your program based on your goals and skill level, delivered through the easy-to-use Trainerize app. We’ll adjust exercises as needed and encourage ongoing communication to fine-tune your form and intensity. Support is just a message away!
YOUR MEAL PLAN:
Your meal plan is tailored to your goals and food preferences, with the flexibility to make adjustments as you progress. Whether you prefer a full meal plan or macro guidelines, we’ll find the best fit for you.
YOUR CHECK-INS:
Each week, we’ll review your progress on your check-in day via video feedback or a phone call. Simply upload a summary, photos, and weight, and we’ll identify areas to improve and keep you on track.
TECHNIQUE SUPPORT:
Send us workout videos for feedback on your technique. Whether your focus is on performance or fat loss, we’ll ensure your form helps you reach your goals faster.
COMPETITION PREP:
We offer full competition prep, including bodybuilding, powerlifting, and peak week plans. Posing coaching is available as an add-on to perfect your presentation.
ON-DAY COMPETITION SUPPORT:
Each year, we select which competitions to attend for in-person support. Contact us in advance to confirm if we’ll be at your event, and we’ll ensure you’re fully prepared.
COMMUNITY:
Join the Brine Fitness Facebook group for 24/7 support from teammates and our team of coaches. With over 100 members, including experienced trainers, you’ll get quick answers and encouragement whenever you need it.
