Sarah brings more than just qualifications to the table — she brings a story of resilience, grit, and transformation. After a devastating accident in 2008 left her widowed and raising two young children, she turned to fitness as a lifeline. Over the next two years, she lost 50kg, overcame clinical depression, and completely rebuilt her life — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Since then, she’s gone on to compete in both powerlifting and bodybuilding, gaining a deep understanding of what it means to fight for your health, strength, and identity.

Bodybuilder | Women's Fitness & Lifestyle Coach
As a coach with over a decade of experience in the gym space, I specialize in guiding women through their fitness journeys with practical tools, empathy, and real-world strategies. While I hold formal qualifications, my most powerful asset is my lived experience.
After a life-altering accident in 2008 left me widowed and raising two small children, I found myself battling clinical depression and severe weight gain. Determined to take back control, I lost over 50kg and rebuilt my life through fitness — eventually competing successfully in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. This transformation wasn't just physical; it was mental, emotional, and deeply personal.
My motto is simple: "Anything is possible."
Today, I channel that same resilience and drive into my coaching. I take an all-encompassing approach that integrates training, nutrition, and mindset to create lasting, sustainable change. I'm deeply passionate about helping women rise — not just in the gym, but in life — by leading from the front and setting them up for long-term success.
